Where do you manufacture your products?
Our twirl supports are manufactured and assembled by us locally in Poland.
How long does it take to process an order?
The total order processing time includes the time required to ship the product (up to 4 business days) and the delivery time. Delivery time from shipment is up to 3 business days within Poland.
How can I receive an invoice for my order?
Please email us with your order number and invoice details immediately after placing your order and we will issue an invoice for you.
What delivery methods are available?
InPost parcel locker 24/7 - PLN 13 or FREE DELIVERY for orders over PLN 200
InPost Courier - PLN 16 or FREE DELIVERY for orders over PLN 200
Can I return the ordered product?
If a purchased product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it – without providing a reason. A detailed description of our returns policy can be found in the Refund Policy tab.
