Product Returns

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment – without giving any reason. To do so, use the "Withdraw from contract" button above. You can also use a traditional withdrawal statement sent to the email address: shop@twirl.studio. You can use this sample, but it is not obligatory.

Refunds

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement. The refund includes the product price and the cost of the cheapest delivery option available in our store.

Please understand that we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or confirmation of shipment from you.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used during the purchase, unless you agree to a different solution.
